Manual Machines |
Manual Machines for Grinding and Polishing were designed with one and two operating posts with variation in the number of revolutions to process any kind of parts easily and in a versatile way, controlling through a chart the number of revolutions to use based on the diameter of the wheel, this facilitates the work for the operator, even if he is not an expert. The machines are strong, and therefore very stable, consequently they do not need being clamped to the floor, eliminating the inconveniences of vibrations. |

Grinding Machines |
Manual Grinding Machines with one and two operating posts are supplied with frequency inverters with an operating speed of 0 to 4000 revolutions per minute, with 300 to 960 mm independent wheels using belts from 3000 to 4000 mm long and from 20 mm to 150 mm large. The grinding of the part can be performed on the contact wheel as well as with loose belt. The opportunity to mount wheels with 800 mm diameter makes it possible to operate with lower revolutions, since it uses a larger peripheral surface. This feature makes the work safer, given that with low revolutions there is no impact at the moment of the contact of parts with the wheels and for the operator it is easier to manage it. A safety system at the moment of belt's change includes an intake with the connection for the system of dust extraction and ergonomic design for operators' comfort. |

Polishing Machines |
Polishing machines with one or two operating posts operate with independent wheels and variation of revolutions from 0 to 1500 revolutions/minute through a frequency inverter. Wheels' diameter ranges from 300 mm to 960 mm, for polishing. Operating with low revolutions the polishing phase is more efficient, wheels remain soft reducing the possibility of scratches and the paste remains more attached to the wheels reducing its consumption. |
