Rotary Tables |
|
| Rotary Tables for Grinding and Polishing are designed according to the characteristics of each part with the objective of obtaining excellent finishing and a high production. These machines have conforming polishing and grinding units, motorised work holder stations with a time delay switch or alternate programmable rotation, electric cabinet, external protections, installation for paste delivery and interactive programming display. Two types of Rotary Tables are designed. The Mechanical and the Controlled Axes types The Mechanical type Rotary Table was designed for heavy duty productions of few references; this kind of table carries out shifts and adjustments with the mechanical system and the movements of each axis of the heads are adjusted from the control panel. The Rotary Table of Controlled Axes is recommended for productions where parts are changed frequently, in this case the position of the heads is programmed through the electronic display. |

Tubes Buffing and Polishing Machines |

| The Tubes Buffing and Polishing Machines use two systems, transversal for grinding and longitudinal for polishing. The processing is carried out through wheels drawn near to parts. Through this system, 6-meter long tubes in grinding and 3-meter long tubes in polishing are treated, in different diameters and shapes with a finishing process that prepares them for chrome plating. |  |
